Privacy Policy and Cookies

Your personal data will be used to enable us to provide the information, goods and services offered through our website to you, for billing and order fulfilment. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.

Goods delivered to you

Once delivered, the goods will become your responsibility and, except in relation to goods that are damaged or faulty when delivered or have been incorrectly delivered, we are unable to accept liability for their loss, damage or destruction after they have been delivered to you.

Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel the purchase of the goods without having to give a reason at any time up to the point we pass the goods to our selected shipper.

If you cancel after this time we can only make a refund if you return the goods to us in a condition in which we can offer them for sale again. We are unable to refund the costs we have incurred for shipping. Returning goods to us will be at your own cost (unless we delivered the goods to you in error or they were delivered in a damaged condition or were defective).

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel, any sum debited to us (minus shipping costs if already incurred) will be refunded to you in a timely manner and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation.

(Notice will be deemed received and properly served 24 hours after an email is sent or three days after the date of posting of any letter.) In providing the service of any notice, it will be sufficient to prove, in the case of a letter, that the letter was properly addressed, stamped and placed in the post and, in the case of an email that the email was sent to our specified email address.
