Types of data we collect:

Your personal data will be used to provide the information, goods and services offered through our website to you, for billing and order fulfilment.

Website cookies

If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

Orders and payment

When making an order we require some personal data from you, such as your name and delivery address. This is needed only to fulfil the order. Payment details are also required but these are processed via our payment gateway Stripe and are not retained by us. Please see Stripe’s privacy policy.

Contact forms

Information that you provide filling in forms on our website may be collected and retained for customer service purposes, but we do not use the information submitted through them for marketing purposes unless permission is specifically given.

Mailing lists

As part of the registration process for newsletters and the like, we collect personal information. We use that information to tell you about new items for sale or about our touring exhibitions; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information and to check our records are correct. We never sell, rent, share or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.

Disclosure of your information

Unless we are obliged by law to do so, and subject to any third party disclosures specifically set out in this policy, your Data will not be disclosed to third parties.

How long we retain your data

For administration purposes, data relating to cancelled or inactive purchases is kept for a maximum of one year, whilst for completed purchases are retained for future reference.

What rights you have over your data

If you have made an purchase, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for legal, or security purposes.
